Parking for the Festival:

Please make every effort to park at the Sheraton Hotel and take the shuttles to CCSU.
If you must park on campus, please use the following address to navigate to parking:
105 Ella Grasso Blvd
New Britain, CT 06053

This will lead you to parking behind the Student Center (location of the registration table). There is limited parking here, but attached to the lot, on the west end (to the right if you are looking at the Student Center), is the Welte Parking Garage which is available to festival attendees. If both lots are full, please use the Kaiser Parking Lot. From the Student Center, head east (take a right) on Ella Grasso, and then take the second right in Kaiser Drive. Kaiser Parking Lot will be immediately to the left.

No parking pass is required for those areas. All other lots require a CCSU parking decal.

Hotel rates for 2024 are as follows:
Rates are Per Room, Per Night: $109 plus 15% Room Tax ($125.35 inclusive of tax)
Single/Double/Triple/Quad (Max of 4 Adults Per Room)

Be sure to make your hotel reservations early, as the hotel will book up quickly! Students should check with their school to see whether the school or the student will submit registration and hotel info.

• • Room configurations consist of One King Bed or Two Double Beds only.
  • Please note: ROLL AWAY BEDS ARE NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS HOTEL.
  • All hotel rooms must be reserved and paid for before January 1, 2024.  After this date, any unreserved rooms will be released to the public.
  • The reservation will only allow for three rooms to be booked per transaction.  If your school needs more than three rooms, you will need to submit multiple hotel reservations.
  • Any room cancellations must be made with the hotel directly.
